BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

All of our classes are taught in a safe manner with the safety of our students as our number one priority. As a new student, you will learn in our fundamentals class. In the fundamentals class there is no sparring. Our main focus and emphasis is put into the basic techniques of Jiu-Jitsu to give you the foundation you need to build a simple yet effective Jiu-Jitsu game.
