Dennis Dombrow brings over 20 years of martial arts experience, including a 1st degree BJJ blackbelt held for over a decade. A 3-time professional MMA champion with a 9-6-1 record, he’s a Strikeforce and EBI veteran and coach to an APFC amateur champ. As founder of 3D MMA, Dennis is dedicated to helping athletes unlock their full potential in a world-class training environment.

BJJ Instructor
Javi Palomo is a highly skilled and accomplished Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt with a strong track record in competition. As an instructor at 3D MMA, he brings deep technical knowledge and a passion for teaching, helping students of all levels sharpen their skills and succeed on the mat.
