Teen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Build Strength, Confidence, and Real Self-Defense Skills.
The teenage years are an important time to develop confidence, discipline, and good habits.
Our Teen Jiu-Jitsu program at 3D Martial Arts gives students a challenging and positive environment to improve their physical abilities, learn practical self-defense, and become more confident in themselves.
Whether your teenager is completely new to martial arts or has years of experience, our coaches will help them continue developing their skills.
Training That Challenges Them
Our teen program focuses on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals and the skills needed to become an effective grappler.
Students work on takedowns, positional control, escapes, submissions, and learning how to respond when a training partner is actively resisting.
Classes combine technical instruction, partner practice, and live training in a structured environment.
More Than Just Jiu-Jitsu — Striking Training for Teens
At 3D Martial Arts, our Teen Jiu-Jitsu students have the opportunity to expand their training beyond jiu jitsu.
In addition to learning grappling, takedowns, and submissions, students can participate in our striking program under the guidance of experienced coaches.
Striking training helps students develop:
Proper punching and kicking techniques.
Footwork, balance, and coordination.
Defensive skills and distance management.
Conditioning and overall athletic ability.
Confidence in both standing and ground situations.
Combining Jiu-Jitsu and striking gives our students the opportunity to build a well-rounded foundation in martial arts.
Whether their goal is self-defense, fitness, or eventually competing, they’ll have the opportunity to develop skills in both disciplines.
Benefits Beyond the Mats
Martial Arts teaches students that improvement takes effort, patience, and consistency.
As teenagers progress, they learn how to solve problems under pressure, handle setbacks, and work toward long-term goals.
Our coaching emphasizes:
Confidence and personal responsibility.
Respect for coaches and teammates.
Practical self-defense awareness.
Strength, conditioning, and body control.
Discipline and consistent effort.
Sportsmanship and teamwork.
For Beginners and Experienced Students
Your teenager doesn’t need previous experience to get started.
New students are introduced to the fundamentals and progress as their understanding and abilities improve.
More experienced students are challenged with advanced techniques, positional training, and competition preparation when appropriate.
